How to share digital keys via the Sentry Interactive Platform
Share re-assignable mobile credentials to permanent staff or temporary visitors using the Sentry Interactive desktop app or the Mobile App.
Select the site and doors that you wish to share a digital key to.
Enter users email, you can enter up to 1000 emails at once.
Select users permissions, permanent or temporary.
Once allotted time is up the credential is automatically revoked and ready to be allocated to another user.
Assign your doors and self-install NFC door tiles
Remotely selected the sites and doors you wish to add readerless mobile access to using the Sentry Interactive Platform?
Now all that’s required is to self-install Sentry Smart Access Tiles on your activated doors. Simply attach it to a wall next to the door without any wiring, and link the tile to that door using the QR code.

No. The platform works with the access control system you already have installed. Site admins select their PACS brand from 20+ supported integrations, enter the panel details, and start adding and naming the doors they want to activate. Your existing system continues to make access decisions, while the Sentry Interactive Platform manages the mobile credentials.
No. Once you’ve activated doors on the platform, you self-install a Sentry Smart Access Tile on the wall next to each door and link it to that door by scanning its QR code. Users can then unlock doors with their phone using NFC, a QR code scan, or remote widget access in the Sentry Interactive Mobile App.
Yes. You can switch between all of your active sites from a single desktop platform and remotely manage admins, user permissions, and access settings for each one. This makes it easy to oversee a portfolio of sites without visiting them in person.
When the allotted time ends, the credential is automatically revoked and becomes available to reassign to another user. You can share permanent or time-restricted keys to up to 1,000 email addresses at once, which suits visitors, contractors, and shift-based workers.
Time restrictions limit site access to the days and hours you choose, with out-of-hours access controlled for individual users. Geofence restrictions only authorize unlock requests made within a set radius of your site, and IP restrictions block unlock requests from specific networks. All of these can be set remotely from the platform, and every unlock request, permission change, and revocation is logged and exportable as a CSV.
